Coordination & Exit Pathways

Ongoing Coordination

Once a project activates the RUCCO Partner Launch Program, it remains fully autonomous while operating within DAO-defined coordination parameters. Projects are encouraged—but not required—to maintain visibility into deployment configuration, milestone progress, and on-chain activity to support ecosystem transparency.

DAO contributors may observe public project signals (e.g., dashboard activity or community updates) to stay informed. This observation is non-binding and serves only to support shared awareness and ecosystem coherence.

Voluntary Exit

A project may choose to disengage from the RUCCO Partner Launch Program at any time. No formal offboarding is required.

Upon voluntary exit, projects are expected to:

  • Cease use of the visual system and program-specific tooling

  • Remove or archive DAO-provided materials from active production systems

Voluntary exits are final. Any previously recorded license allocation associated with program activation is considered spent. DAO logic does not support refunds, reversals, or reallocation in the case of self-initiated exit prior to milestone completion.

Reactivation is only possible through a new proposal and governance approval.

Disassociation by DAO

If a project engages in prohibited activity—such as unauthorized use of assets, protocol manipulation, fraud, or illegal behavior—the RUCCO DAO may initiate disassociation through public proposal and vote.

Disassociation may include:

  • Removal from DAO coordination references

  • Revocation of design or template support

  • Public clarification that the project is no longer aligned with RUCCO

This mechanism exists to protect the ecosystem from reputational and structural harm. It is used only in exceptional cases where material violation of coordination logic is proven.

Summary

The RUCCO Partner Launch Program operates as an open and reversible coordination framework. Projects may continue engaging with the DAO, remain passive, or disengage at any time. DAO oversight is non-custodial, transparent, and based on on-chain standards—not contractual enforcement. This ensures that participation remains flexible, voluntary, and aligned with the decentralized nature of the RUCCO ecosystem.
