RUCCO Utility Fee Collection and Allocation Process

The Solana 2022 Transfer Fee functionality manages the utility fee collection process, while the RUCCO Ecosystem interfaces with it to complete the allocation process, assigning all RUCCO utility fees accumulated by the ecosystem once the threshold is reached. Upon collection, the utility fees are automatically assigned according to the ecosystem's established allocation framework.

This technical process ensures the automated and secure collection of all RUCCO utility fees, which are then assigned according to the ecosystem's parameters (5% to node holders, 1% for liquidity and operations, and 0.9% to the ambassador node).

Every 24 hours, an automated withdrawal process executes a special instruction to withdraw the withheld utility fees, but only if the daily accumulated value exceeds $1,000 (USD equivalent). This threshold optimizes DAO management processes, ensuring utility fees accumulate until allocation becomes worthwhile. If the daily accumulated utility fees do not reach this threshold, they continue to accumulate until the next check period where the minimum amount is achieved.

5% to node holders

The number of RUCCO allocated to a user, in relation to the total number of RUCCO tokenized software licenses allocated to other nodes, determines the amount of RUCCO utility fees attributed. Calculation Formula: For each node wallet i, allocation = (RUCCO_Balance_i / Total_RUCCO_Allocated) * (Total_Utility_Fees_To_Distribute).

1% for liquidity and operations

PRIMARILY utilized for conversion to SOL and contribution to the liquidity pool to support ecosystem operations. Additionally, these resources are allocated to cover operational expenses, such as fees required for executing recurring allocations and other operations.

0.9% to the ambassador node/nodes

This strategic allocation functions as a mechanism to support high-impact contributors who significantly enhance project visibility. The allocation is channeled through designated node addresses, which are dynamically reassigned based on quantifiable performance metrics and demonstrable ecosystem contribution. This adaptive allocation system ensures optimal resource allocation to the most effective visibility drivers within the ecosystem.

After 2 years, the 0.9% ambassador utility fee will transition into a mechanism for permanent removal from active circulation. This means that any ambassador allocation that has not been reassigned through the DAO process will be permanently removed from active circulation, contributing to the long-term operational efficiency of the RUCCO Ecosystem.

This approach ensures that the ambassador utility fee supports ecosystem functionality in the initial phase and contributes to the long-term operational stability of the RUCCO Ecosystem.

This mechanism is designed to support the long-term operational viability of the RUCCO Ecosystem by managing the utility fee flow.
