Tokenized Software License Utility
RUCCO tokenized software licenses enable access to a range of ecosystem functionalities designed to support participation, coordination, and innovation across Web3 applications. Holders of RUCCO licenses may:
Participate in DAO governance: vote on proposals, configuration parameters, and integration frameworks
Access visibility and engagement tools: participate in content-driven initiatives and community-led cycles
Unlock creative modules: access optional tooling such as vector-based design systems, meme character templates, and DAO-curated content workflows
Access utility fee allocation mechanisms:
During the initial 6-month bootstrap period, all qualifying license holders can participate in the ecosystem's utility fee allocation system without additional governance actions. This initial phase is designed to simplify onboarding and familiarize users with the DAO ecosystem structure.
From month 7 onward, participation in the utility fee allocation system requires active engagement in governance cycles (e.g., monthly meme voting), reinforcing RUCCO's utility-based design and decentralized coordination model.
All ecosystem logic is enforced through audited on-chain primitives, and any treasury allocation or integration is subject to DAO voting and execution via community-controlled multisignatures. RUCCO licenses do not confer ownership, profit rights, or any guaranteed financial return of any kind.
