Responsibilities & Autonomy

Overview

Projects activated through the RUCCO Partner Launch Program operate independently and are responsible for managing their own infrastructure, development, licensing logic, and community coordination.

Participation in the program does not grant access to centralized support, managed services, or custodial resources. All interactions are governed by DAO-defined parameters and executed via decentralized tools.

Project Responsibilities

Each participating project is expected to:

  • Configure and launch its own tokenized software licensing system

  • Apply the 0.5% RUCCO coordination fee to all relevant license flows

  • Use the provided visual, legal, and coordination templates responsibly

  • Respect DAO-approved guidelines regarding branding, attribution, and protocol alignment

  • Track and self-report milestone progress according to the launch timeline

All activities must be conducted transparently and in good faith. Projects are encouraged to document their use of the RUCCO framework and provide clear public disclosures for users and contributors.

Autonomy & Governance Boundaries

Projects launched under this program are not subsidiaries, affiliates, or controlled entities of RUCCO DAO. They are independent deployments that interact with RUCCO coordination logic under shared standards.

Participants retain full autonomy over:

  • Token models and treasury logic

  • Team structure and contributor roles

  • Business models and community governance

  • Branding extensions and external integrations

RUCCO DAO does not assume responsibility for partner decisions, nor does it intervene in operational matters unless DAO-level coordination mechanisms are affected.

Ethical Use and Community Safeguards

Projects that engage in prohibited conduct—including fraud, abuse, unauthorized use of RUCCO assets, or illegal activity—may be disassociated from the program.

Disassociation may include:

  • Removal from official listings and documentation references

  • Public notices of protocol misuse

  • Loss of access to DAO-managed resources or design components

The DAO and its contributors may also refuse ongoing support, decline governance integration, or restrict coordination references where misuse is evident.

Summary

The RUCCO Partner Launch Program provides a decentralized coordination structure, not a service or affiliation. Projects are responsible for operating in a transparent, ethical, and autonomous manner, while respecting the shared standards and integrity of the RUCCO ecosystem.
