The decentralized infrastructure protocol underlying RUCCO is deployed as neutral, open-source software on the Solana blockchain. It provides a technical framework for issuing and managing tokenized software licenses, enabling access to protocol-level features without custom smart contracts, administrative upgrades, or centralized oversight.
RUCCO DAO, an autonomous multisignature-governed community, independently utilizes this protocol to issue RUCCO software licenses. These licenses grant holders functional access to ecosystem utilities and do not represent ownership, equity, governance rights, or entitlement to financial returns.

Any use of RUCCO or participation in its governance and features is fully permissionless and voluntary. No user is entitled to compensation, profit, dividends, or financial return by virtue of holding tokenized software licenses.
